. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Khuje Pawa (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform.
2. Platform Role
Khuje Pawa operates as a marketplace facilitator connecting buyers and sellers of pre-owned goods in Bangladesh. We act as a process enforcer and dispute arbiter—not as an escrow service or logistics provider. The Platform does not take ownership of any items listed.
3. Purchase Confirmation Fee (Booking Fee)
Buyers must pay a non-refundable Purchase Confirmation Fee (10% of item price or ৳150 minimum) to reserve an item. This fee demonstrates serious buying intent and is forfeited if the buyer fails to complete the transaction without valid cause.
4. Transaction Process
• Buyers browse verified listings and pay the Purchase Confirmation Fee to reserve items.
• Sellers are notified and must confirm availability within 24 hours.
• Delivery is arranged between buyer and seller or through third-party courier.
• Remaining balance is paid Cash on Delivery (COD).
• Mandatory unboxing video is required for dispute eligibility.
5. Liability Limitation
Our liability in any dispute is strictly capped at the Purchase Confirmation Fee amount collected. We do not guarantee the condition, authenticity, or delivery of items beyond our verification process. The Platform is not responsible for losses exceeding the Purchase Confirmation Fee.
6. User Responsibilities
• Provide accurate information during registration and transactions.
• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Record unboxing videos for all purchases.
7. Prohibited Activities
• Listing counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items.
• Manipulating prices or creating fake listings.
• Harassing other users or platform staff.
• Circumventing the Purchase Confirmation Fee system.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse platform features.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform community. Terminated users forfeit any pending Purchase Confirmation Fees.
9. Modifications
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
