1. Becoming a Seller

To sell on Khuje Pawa, you must submit your item through our intake process. Our team reviews all submissions for quality, authenticity, and listing accuracy before items go live.

• Provide accurate product descriptions and condition assessments

• Submit clear, high-quality photos from multiple angles

• Include video demonstration when possible (especially for electronics)

• Set a fair asking price and optional floor price

• Provide valid contact information (phone & WhatsApp)

2. Listing Requirements

• Items must be legal to sell in Bangladesh

• No counterfeit, replica, or stolen goods

• Accurate condition reporting (new, like new, good, fair)

• Disclosure of any defects, damage, or missing parts

• Original accessories and packaging noted if included

• Functional items must be tested and working

3. Pricing Guidelines

Set competitive prices based on item condition and market value:

• Asking Price: Your desired selling price

• Floor Price: Minimum acceptable offer (optional, private)

• Prices should reflect fair market value for pre-owned items

• Consider original retail price, condition, and demand

4. Once Your Item is Booked

When a buyer pays the Booking Fee:

• You will be notified via WhatsApp and platform notification

• Confirm item availability within 24 hours

• Do not sell the item to another buyer

• Coordinate delivery timing with the buyer

• Package items securely for safe transport

5. Delivery Options

• Buyer Pickup: Arrange a safe meeting location

• Seller Delivery: Deliver to buyer’s address (optional)

• Third-Party Courier: Ship via courier (buyer pays shipping)

Sellers must ensure items reach buyers in the condition described in the listing.

6. Payment Collection

• Collect the remaining balance (COD) upon delivery

• The Booking Fee is retained by the platform as service fee

• Cash or mobile payment (bKash/Nagad) accepted for COD

• Provide receipt upon request

7. Seller Violations

The following may result in account suspension:

• Selling items different from listing description

• Canceling confirmed bookings without valid reason

• Not responding to buyer inquiries within 48 hours

• Listing counterfeit or misrepresented items

• Attempting to circumvent the platform

• Repeated negative buyer feedback

8. Cancellation by Seller

If you must cancel after a booking is made:

• Contact support immediately with valid reason

• Buyer’s Booking Fee will be fully refunded

• Repeated cancellations may affect seller standing
